Description:  Fibre discs or Spiral fibre carborundum turbo discs sand polish stone. They are held onto an angle grinder with a  plastic backing holders. The sanding disc removes dirt, paint, and grime with ease and is easy to use.  Fiber turbo discs can also be used on other material like metal, fibre glass, wood, plastics . The main benefit is speed and ease of use.  over a carborundum hand polishing block. This Product is often used with a plastic backing holder. (for fibre discs.) The disc is used to sand and clean stone and remove dirt from car truck bodies. Sand fiberglass or resin plastic materials. We sell them to stone masons to clean and restore sandstone giving the stone a professional Finnish without diamond marks from cutting with diamond discs. Some buy to clean dirt from shop fronts building of masonry paint and grime. The disc is very versatile stone polishing disc. Fibre discs or Spiral fibre carborundum turbo discs sand polish stone. 1.        Put on wear all safety clothing
2.        check electric to your grinder we recommend a variable speed 125mm low vibration grinder with safety guard.
3.        Place each disc in the centre  of the 115mm  plastic backing holder for fibre discs.  They have a dished centre.
4.         Each disc should be held on with a 115mm standard plastic backing holder.  The centre nut holds down the carborundum sanding disc to the M14 thread  spindle on the grinder.
5.        Tighten with standard pins on a grinder spanner.  (The nut will self tighten in use) but is safer.
6.         Recommended  RPM*  for 5″ 125mm discs  7200RPM

Maximum never exceed for 125mm discs   12200 RPM or 80 mps meters per scecond.

• Each disc locks in place with the locking nut on a fibre backing holder. (recommended)
