We can deliver 1KG,2KG,5KG,15KG,30KG parcels these are the weights and prices set by the website and courier. it mean you can add muliple items to your cart and only pay the fee = to the total ewight in the shopping cart. 
2nd Class Royal Mail & Parcel Force / Next Day interlink express: Hardrockuk.com post item at 3pm each day.  Any orders placed around this time or after are likely to miss that dispatch day and will be dispatched the next working day.

Hardrockuk.com posts many different sizes and complexities of product ranges.  We do our best to provide adequate packaging for your goods. It can take some time to package your good and again this could miss that days dispatch date. Our policy is to try to post items in a safe a economical way( best value to the items you have purchased, depending on items value and weight.Customers online can select diferent postal services but we hold the right to post an item the way we see fit at point of courier collection.(xmas post, service not suitable, order value)  We just want to get your item to you. We often provide tracking numbers on items of value even if it is a free post service. but less value items below £46 we don’t feel it always necessary. (If you us often, you not in a rush ect)

Handling and packaging 
Built in to the on-line sales. We try our best to provide adequate boxes, wrapping ect.   Delivery is often free. There are online options for extra delivery services depending on the goods. You can see the charges in your online cart.  
Extra delivery charges for overseas sales
We often send request for any extra amounts we need to deliver goods outside the Uk.
We send an online invoice to the client for this as a requested extra service.  If you change your mind or do not reply we hold the stock in quarantine until you respond or we issue a full refund if it applies. We post items in our best value way. (=to item’s value or weight.)
