Right of withdrawal

I am not really sure what to write here.  If you have ordered on-line products you wish to cancel or return please let us know as soon as possible.

The right of withdrawal once you place an order and you have paid you have entered a contract. 

We are pretty reasonable if you have made a mistake and wish to swap an item or something.
