Returns Policy

 How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there
is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30
days of your purchase. We recommend you use a tracking service
currier.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return
and the original receipt.
4. Customers can return items in person.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned These include;

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will accept returns items for any reason. as long as it is in new like condition.

 Returns should be no the basis of the buyer has purchased the wrong size, shape, 

We are not liable for shipping cost in returns if an item is returned due to buyers remorse. ( there has to be something wrong with it)

 Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a
different size or grit / model ect.  

 Electrical/ Machinery items

Sold under manufacturer’s warranty. Most are
subject to independent engineers analysis. Upon his/ their report the
issue/fault could be fixed free of charge within the manufacturer’s warranty
and parts.  Items are sold as a industrial
serviceable items. (This includes all our "Roc" stone equipment.)

Please allow up to 30 days.

Goods damaged in transit

Depending on delivery option selected at the
checkout, each case will be assessed on individual merits. Please allow 5
working days from date of notification to evaluate and up to 30 days to issue a
refund.

  Accepted Methods of Payment;

prefer payments via online sales, Paypal invoices, bank transfers. Payment
systems often involve the use of our computer or electrical device. We may need
time to issue or receive check funds. We are not responsible for delays and
system malfunctions.
